Return & Replacement Policy

We accept requests for product replacements only, subject to the following conditions:

Requests for replacement must be made within 2 days of receiving the product along with sharing a video of opening the parcel.

Replacement without the video will not be processed.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Replacement is applicable only if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description on our website.
Note: Refunds are not offered; only product replacements are available for eligible items.
2. Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement:

Contact us at contact@quirkytaufa.com with your order number, opening video, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide further instructions.
Upon approval, the replacement process will begin. Replacements are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a similar product or store credit.
3. Shipping Charges for Replacement
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to quirkytaufa.com. Replacement items will only be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to the customer will also be borne by the customer.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Replaceable Items
The following items are not eligible for replacement:

Items without original tags or in used or washed condition
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it along with sharing a video of the parcel. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement without any additional cost to you.
